Banana Mango Oat Smoothie


  • 2 scoops or 8 tbsp Instant Oat
    (scooper is provided in this kit)
  • 150 g (2 whole) Banana, Sliced
  • 300 g (1 whole) Mango, Peeled, seed removed and cut into cube
  • 135 g (1 cup)s Plain Low Fat Yogurt
  • 500 ml (2 cups) Low-fat Milk
  • 15 ml (1tbsp) Honey
  • 4 serving portions
  • You can try any fruit combination, according to your preference.
  • Smoothie, as a snack is generally high in calories. Consume less frequently.


  1. Blend banana, mango, yoghurt, milk, honey and oat. (Keep some mango cubes to use for garnishing).
  2. Pour into individual glasses.
  3. Top the smoothie with cubed mango and before serving.
