- 2 scoops or 8 tbsp Rolled Oat
(scooper is provided in this kit)
- 1 cup Low fat milk
- 1/4 Whole Orange
- 1/4 whole Grapefruit
- 1 Pomelo segment
- 1 tsp. Marmalade
- 1 tsp. Black Sesame
- Place the rolled oat, low fat milk, and marmalade in a jar. Mix well.
- Cut orange and grapefruit into segments.
- Peel off pomelo and separate the segment.
- Top with fruits and sprinkle top with black sesame.
- Refrigerate overnight and enjoy in the morning!
