- 2 scoops or 8 tbsp Quaker Rolled Oats
(scooper is provided in this kit)
- 1 cup Chocolate milk
- 1 tbsp Black raisin
- 1 tbsp Almond
- 1 tbsp Walnut
- 1 tsp Peanut butter
- 1/2 cup Dried fruit (e.g Apricot)
Nutty Overnight Oat
- Place the rolled oat, chocolate milk and peanut butter in a jar. Mix well.
- Place the almond and walnut on tray.
- Top with all roasted nuts, raisin and dried fruit.
- Refrigerate overnight and enjoy in the morning!
