- 8 tablespoons Quaker® Instant Oats
(scooper is provided in this kit)
- 1/2 cup nut milk - soy, almond, coconut, pili, hazelnut or macadamia milk
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (for non-dairy alternative, use coco yogurt)
- 1/2 cup mango, diced
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 tablespoon almond flakes
- Mint leaves
- In a glass or mason jar, soak oats in nut milk and salt overnight.
- Cut mango into bite sized pieces. Layer oats, mango and yogurt in a tall glass.
- Drizzle with honey. Top with almond flakes. Garnish with mint leaves.
