- 2 scoops or 8 tbsp Quaker Rolled Oats
(scooper is provided in this kit)
- 1/2 cup Low fat milk
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 whole Purple dragon fruit
- 1/4 whole White dragon fruit
- 1 tbsp Chia seed
Overnight Oats with Dragon Fruits
- Place the rolled oats, low fat milk, Greek yogurt, and chia seed in a jar. Mix well.
- Cut the dragon fruits into small cubes.
- Top with dragon fruits and refrigerate overnight
