Overnight Oats with Dragon Fruits


  • 2 scoops or 8 tbsp Quaker Rolled Oats
    (scooper is provided in this kit)
  • 1/2 cup Low fat milk
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 whole Purple dragon fruit
  • 1/4 whole White dragon fruit
  • 1 tbsp Chia seed


    1. Place the rolled oats, low fat milk, Greek yogurt, and chia seed in a jar. Mix well.
    2. Cut the dragon fruits into small cubes.
    3. Top with dragon fruits and refrigerate overnight
