- 8 tablespoons Quaker® Rolled Oats
(scooper is provided in this kit)
- 1/2 cup nut milk - soy, almond, coconut, pili, hazelnut or macadamia milk
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup bananas, sliced
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1/2 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (for non-dairy alternative, use coco yogurt)
- In a glass or mason jar, combine oats, chia seeds and cinnamon.
- Pour nut milk over the oats. Do not stir.
- Layer peanut butter, yogurt, and bananas. Drizzle with honey.
- Cover jar and refrigerate overnight before serving.
