Sesame Coco Oats N’ Mango

Ingredients

  • 8 tablespoon Quaker® Oats Quick Cook or Rolled
    (scooper is provided in this kit)
  • 1/2 cup chopped mango, divided into 2 parts
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup nut milk - soy, almond, coconut, pili, hazelnut or macadamia milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon shredded coconut or flakes
  • 1/2 tablespoon black sesame seeds

    Instructions

    1. In a microwave safe bowl, combine oats, 1/4 cup mango, nut milk, water and salt.
    2. Microwave on high for 1.5 – 2 minutes for quick oats or 2.5-3 minutes for rolled oats. Let stand.
    3. Top with remaining mango, coconut, and sesame seeds.
