- 8 tablespoons Quaker® Quick Cook Oats
(scooper is provided in this kit)
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup nut milk - soy, almond, coconut, pili, hazelnut or macadamia milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons Tinapa (smoked fish) flakes
Smoked Fish N' Oats Bowl
- Place oats, water, nut milk, and smoked fish in a microwave safe bowl. Mix thoroughly.
- Make a well in the center and pour egg.
- Microwave on high for 2-2.5 minutes. Let stand.
