Triple Berries Oat with Soya

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops or 8 tbsp Rolled Oat
    (scooper is provided in this kit)
  • 1 cup Soya milk
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Strawberries
  • 1/4 cup Raspberries
  • 1/4 cup Blueberries
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 serving portions

Instructions

  1. Place the rolled oat, soya milk, Greek yoghurt and vanilla extract in jar. Mix well.
  2. Place the almond and walnut on tray.
  3. Top the mixture with assorted berries.
  4. Refrigerate overnight and enjoy in the morning!
