- 2 scoops or 8 tbsp Rolled Oat
(scooper is provided in this kit)
- 1 cup Soya milk
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup Strawberries
- 1/4 cup Raspberries
- 1/4 cup Blueberries
- 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
- Place the rolled oat, soya milk, Greek yoghurt and vanilla extract in jar. Mix well.
- Place the almond and walnut on tray.
- Top the mixture with assorted berries.
- Refrigerate overnight and enjoy in the morning!
